This bourbon-and-amaro drink pairs well with holiday spices and can be served warmed up or chilled.
- 2 oz Larceny bourbon
- 3/4 Averna amaro
- 1/2 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- Garnish: Lemon twist
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.
Stir for 15 seconds and strain into a coupe glass.
Express the oils of the lemon twist over the drink, and gently drop the twist into the cocktail.
