La Valencia

Mix tea with more than just hot water. Try this chamomile-infused whiskey cocktail.

  • 1 ounce chamomile-Infused rye whiskey
  • 1 1/2 ounces La Gitana manzanilla sherry
  • 1/2 ounce yellow Chartreuse
  • 3/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.

  2. Shake, and strain into a coupe.
