Flour, salt, sugar, oil, cottage cheese and mineral water are placed in a bowl and mixed. Add baking powder, vanilla essence, cocoa and lemon peel. The resulting composition is placed in 2 larger cake trays, lined with baking paper.
Put in the preheated oven for 40-50 minutes. Check with the toothpick when baked. The toothpick should come out of the cake dry when it is baked.
